QuantiTect SYBR Green PCR +UNG Kit (200)

From QIAGEN, this real-time PCR kit is built around the 2x QuantiTect SYBR Green PCR Master Mix and is supplied with an optimized uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG) solution for optional UNG treatment. It is intended for quantitative, real-time PCR and two-step RT-PCR using SYBR Green I. The included UNG solution enables optional pretreatment of reactions to remove carryover contamination from previous PCR products. The master mix contains HotStarTaq DNA Polymerase, QuantiTect SYBR Green PCR Buffer, a dNTP mix including dUTP, SYBR Green I, ROX passive reference dye, and 5 mM MgCl2. RNase-Free Water and a handbook are also included. The kit is shipped on dry ice and should be stored at –20°C in a constant-temperature freezer, protected from light.
