QuantiNova SYBR Green PCR Kit (100)

A SYBR Green-based real-time PCR kit from QIAGEN offers enhanced specificity, sensitivity, and speed for quantitative PCR. A novel antibody-mediated hot-start mechanism, in which QuantiNova DNA Polymerase is sequestered in an inactive complex with the QuantiNova Antibody and stabilized by QuantiNova Guard, prevents extension of nonspecifically annealed primers and primer–dimer formation until the initial heat-activation step.

The optimized chemistry supports accurate quantification from cDNA or gDNA on any real-time PCR cycler, with a ROX reference dye provided for instruments that require a passive reference. The kit enables robust detection of even single target copies and accurate quantification across a wide dynamic range of template input, and a built-in visual pipetting indicator supports correct reaction setup. Performance has been demonstrated across real-time PCR instruments including the QIAGEN Rotor-Gene Q, Applied Biosystems ViiA 7, Roche LightCycler 480, and Bio-Rad CFX96.
