QIAGEN PowerBead Tubes with glass 0.1 mm beads are prefilled bead tubes intended for the rapid and reliable lysis of biological samples from a wide variety of starting materials. The tubes are supplied ready to use for protein or nucleic acid isolation from environmental, food, medical, forensic, veterinary, pharmacological, or other applications, supporting complete homogenization and lysis of samples based on individual sample needs.

Bead composition is glass at a 0.1 mm size. Storage is at room temperature (15–30°C).
