PowerBead Tubes, Ceramic 2.8 mm (50)

These prefilled bead tubes from QIAGEN are designed for the rapid and reliable lysis of biological samples from a wide variety of starting materials. Each tube contains 2.8 mm ceramic beads and is supplied ready to use for protein or nucleic acid isolation from environmental, food, medical, forensic, veterinary, pharmacological, and other application types. The beads help completely homogenize and lyse samples according to workflow needs.

Tubes should be stored at room temperature (15-30°C). QIAGEN has refined the bottom of the tube so that it now comes without a fin, resulting in a reduction of plastic used.
