A serum-free differentiation supplement from STEMCELL Technologies that drives the maturation phase of human airway organoid culture. Combined with PneumaCult Airway Organoid Basal Medium, the formulation promotes development of pseudostratified respiratory epithelium containing ciliated cells, goblet cells, and basal cells.
