NeuroCult NS-A Basal - Human, 450mL

Neural stem cell culture relies on a defined, serum-free foundation for both proliferation and differentiation workflows. The NeuroCult NS-A Basal Medium from STEMCELL Technologies, supplied in a 450 mL bottle, is formulated specifically for the in vitro expansion and maturation of human neural stem cells (NSCs). When combined with the NeuroCult NS-A Proliferation Supplement or the NeuroCult NS-A Differentiation Supplement, this basal medium provides a flexible platform for maintaining primary or iPSC-derived neural progenitors through long-term passaging. It supports neurosphere and adherent culture formats and is compatible with downstream applications including immunocytochemistry, electrophysiology, and lineage commitment into neurons, astrocytes, and oligodendrocytes.
