Mouse Yes Associated Protein 1 ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Mouse YAP1 (Yes-Associated Protein 1) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse YAP1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate with an immobilised anti-YAP1 antibody, followed by a biotinylated anti-YAP1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is generated using TMB substrate, producing a colour change that is measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.056 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4h 30m. Manufacturer recovery data show average recoveries of 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%), each evaluated across n=5. Linearity has been demonstrated at sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 for the same three sample types. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
