Mouse Phosphodiesterase 3B, cGMP Inhibited ELISA Kit

The assay is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. The standard curve spans a product range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml, with a stated sensitivity of <18.75 pg/ml.
