Mouse Pancreatic Organoids

Cryopreserved mouse pancreatic exocrine organoids from STEMCELL Technologies provide a convenient way to establish or standardize pancreatic organoid cultures in the laboratory. The organoids are derived from the pancreas of C57BL/6 mice, cultured in PancreaCult™ Organoid Growth Medium (Mouse), and cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10.

Using these cryopreserved organoids eliminates the need to isolate pancreatic ducts from primary tissue, removing the requirement for access to fresh mouse tissue. The organoids can be passaged and expanded using PancreaCult™ Organoid Growth Medium (Mouse) and re-cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10. They support research in fields including epithelial cell biology, cancer, and metabolism.

Each cryovial contains frozen mouse pancreatic exocrine organoid segments. Vials should be stored at -135°C or colder, and the product is stable for 2 years from the date of manufacture indicated on the label.
