Mouse Nucleobindin 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Nucleobindin 1 (NUCB1) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate platform with a biotinylated anti-NUCB1 detection antibody and HRP-avidin, producing a colourimetric signal that is read as optical density at 450 nm. Reactivity is specific to mouse samples.

The assay has a stated sensitivity of <0.059 ng/ml and a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been evaluated in serum (range 80%–102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81%–100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80%–89%, average 84%, n=5). Parallelism across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions has been assessed for the same three matrices (n=5 each).

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as indicated on the individual vials, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
