Mouse Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein 1 ELISA Kit

The plate is pre-coated with a monoclonal antibody specific for mouse MCP-1, and bound analyte is detected using a biotin-conjugated secondary antibody followed by Avidin–HRP and the TMB (3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl-benzidine) substrate; the enzymatic reaction is terminated with sulphuric acid and read spectrophotometrically at 450 nm ± 2 nm. The 96T format is suited to serum, cell culture supernatant and other biological fluids, with two calibration diluents supplied (Calibrator Diluent I for serum or plasma testing and Calibrator Diluent II for cell culture supernatant or urine) to generate a standard curve covering 7.8–500 pg/mL, an assay sensitivity below 1.7 pg/mL, and a total run time of approximately 3 hours 30 minutes. Reactivity is restricted to mouse samples and the kit is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
