Mouse Interleukin-1 beta ELISA Kit

After incubation with the supplied TMB substrate, the enzymatic reaction is terminated with the acidic stop solution and absorbance is read at 450 nm, with the resulting colour intensity directly proportional to the amount of IL-1β captured in each well. Reported sensitivity is below 0.8 pg/mL, with a working standard curve range of 7.8–500 pg/mL, making the kit suitable for routine measurement of this key pro-inflammatory cytokine across mouse models.
