Mouse Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com and offered through supplier AFMS, this Mouse Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich ELISA (sELISA) designed for the in vitro determination of mouse GM-CSF in serum, cell culture supernatant and other biological fluids. The96-test microplate (12 x 8 well strips) comes pre-coated with a monoclonal antibody specific for mouse GM-CSF, and detection is achieved with an HRP-conjugated monoclonal antibody followed by a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 ± 2 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The assay has a working range of 50–3200 pg/mL, a total run time of approximately 3 hours 30 minutes, and has been validated to show no cross-reactivity with other cytokines tested. The kit is reactive with mouse samples only, includes two calibrator diluents (Calibrator Diluent I for serum/plasma and Calibrator Diluent II for cell culture supernatant) to support a 2-fold dilution series for the recombinant standard curve, and is shipped and stored at 4°C.
