Mouse E1A Binding Protein P300 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse KAT3B/p300 (also known as E1A Binding Protein P300) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate platform read on a colorimetric microplate reader and is reactive with mouse samples.

The assay principle involves binding KAT3B/p300 present in standards and samples to an antibody pre-coated onto the plate, followed by incubation with Biotinylated Anti-KAT3B/p300 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450nm and concentration calculated by reference to the standard curve.
