Mouse Complement 1 Inhibitor ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse C1 Inhibitor in serum, plasma or other biological fluids, this sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and an HRP-Avidin detection system with TMB substrate. The assay has a sensitivity of <1.25 ng/ml and an assay range of 3.12–200 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Recovery in serum averaged 91% across five samples (range 80–102%), with EDTA plasma at 90% (81–100%) and heparin plasma at 84% (80–89%). Dilution linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. The plate is supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, and the kit includes a lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
