Mouse ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C6 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse MRP6/ARA (ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C6) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for the target is pre-coated onto the plate; a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate are used to generate a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The reported sensitivity is <0.124 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30× wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.

Reported mean recoveries are 91% (80–102%, n=5) in serum, 90% (81–100%) in EDTA plasma and 84% (80–89%) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 was 87–91% / 87–107% / 74–101% / 92–97% for serum (n=5); 90–105% / 84–101% / 90–101% / 79–108% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 84–95% / 92–105% / 82–105% / 89–91% for heparin plasma (n=5).
