Monkey Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Beta ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of monkey CCL4/MIP-1 beta, also referred to as Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 Beta, in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and related biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection performed colorimetrically by reading the absorbance at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the kit has a measuring range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 9.5 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Recovery in n=5 samples per matrix averaged 91% in serum (range 83-100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90-103%) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89-102%). Linearity has also been assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for each of these three matrices.
