IntestiCult Org Diff Medium (Human)

A cell culture medium from STEMCELL Technologies, designed for the differentiation of human intestinal organoids. As part of the first-generation organoid culture workflow, it is used together with IntestiCult Organoid Growth Medium to expand and then differentiate three-dimensional intestinal cultures.

When human intestinal organoids are expanded in the first-generation expansion medium and subsequently switched to this differentiation medium, the cultures initially display a thin-walled cystic morphology that darkens and thickens as differentiation proceeds. The workflow has been demonstrated with organoids derived from duodenal, ileal, and colonic tissue sources.
