ImmunoCult-XF T Cell Exp Medium, 100 mL

A xeno-free, serum-free formulation from STEMCELL Technologies, this 100 mL bottle of ImmunoCult T cell expansion medium supports ex vivo activation and proliferation of primary human T lymphocytes isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Engineered for immunotherapy and adoptive cell therapy research, the fully defined medium contains no animal-derived components, which minimizes lot-to-lot variability and improves reproducibility across cell culture workflows. The medium is typically paired with the matching ImmunoCult Human CD3/CD28 T Cell Activator and performs under standard incubation at 37°C with 5% CO₂, compatible with culture plates, G-Rex vessels, and gas-permeable bags. CD4+ and CD8+ T cell subsets can be expanded across repeated stimulations, supporting downstream functional assays, cytotoxicity studies, and gene-editing protocols.
