ImmunoCult NK Cell Expansion Supp

From STEMCELL Technologies, the ImmunoCult™ NK Cell Expansion Supplement is an animal component-free (ACF) reagent containing a combination of ACF recombinant human cytokines formulated to support the in vitro culture and expansion of human natural killer (NK) cells. It is supplied as a 100X concentrate and is combined with ImmunoCult™ NK Cell Base Medium to prepare complete ImmunoCult™ NK Cell Expansion Medium.

For example, 100 µL of the supplement is added to 9.9 mL of base medium to prepare 10 mL of complete medium. The supplement should be stored at -20°C and is stable for 18 months from the date of manufacture. After thawing at room temperature (15 - 25°C) or overnight at 2 - 8°C, any unused material can be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; aliquots should be used immediately after thawing and not re-frozen. Complete medium prepared with the supplement can be stored at 2 - 8°C for up to 4 weeks if not used immediately.

The supplement is a component of the ImmunoCult™ NK Cell Expansion Kit workflow, which expands human NK cells over 14 days of culture without the use of serum or feeder cells, on non-tissue culture-treated cultureware coated with ImmunoCult™ NK Cell Expansion Coating Material. The product appears as a clear liquid and is not classified as hazardous according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It is intended for research use only.
