ImmunoCult Human Treg Diff Supplement

A serum-free culture supplement from STEMCELL Technologies, formulated to promote the activation, expansion, and differentiation of peripheral blood-derived, naïve CD4+ human T cells into regulatory T cells (Tregs). The supplement contains recombinant human TGF-β1 and all-trans retinoic acid, and is intended for use with ImmunoCult™-XF T Cell Expansion Medium and ImmunoCult™ Human CD3/CD28 T Cell Activator. It is provided as a 50X concentrate that can be added directly to medium after thawing and mixing.

Recommended applications include research into the regulation of human naïve T cell differentiation and Treg function, and the development of procedures to expand and polarize naïve T cells into Tregs. The supplement supports higher levels of memory T cells and up to 20% higher proportions of CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ T cells compared to a competitor Treg differentiation kit.
