ImmunoCult Human Th2 Diff Supplement

A serum-free culture supplement from STEMCELL Technologies, designed to promote the differentiation of peripheral blood-derived, naïve CD4+ human T cells into Th2 cells. The formulation contains recombinant human interleukin-4 (IL-4) and a mouse anti-human interferon-gamma (anti-IFN-γ) antibody, and is intended to support robust activation, expansion, and differentiation of these cells when combined with ImmunoCult™-XF T Cell Expansion Medium and ImmunoCult™ Human CD3/CD28 T Cell Activator.

According to the manufacturer, the supplement supports significantly higher levels of memory T cells and up to 3X higher expansion of IL-4-producing CD4+ T cells in comparison to a competitor Th2 differentiation kit. It is supplied as a 50X concentrate and should be stored at -20°C, where it remains stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
