ImmunoCult DC Maturation Supplement

Formulated by STEMCELL Technologies, this dendritic cell maturation supplement is a 100X concentrate designed to support the maturation of immature dendritic cells (DCs) during in vitro culture. The clear liquid reagent is added directly to culture medium at a 1 in 100 dilution on Day 5 of the standard workflow, contributing to the generation of fully active mature DCs from human monocytes within a 7-day protocol.

The product is classified as a laboratory reagent and is intended for research use only. According to the Safety Data Sheet, it is not a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS), though it is noted as harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Recommended storage is at -20°C, with a shelf life of 1.5 years from the date of manufacture. Before use, the supplement should be thawed at room temperature (15 - 25°C) or at 37°C until just thawed and mixed thoroughly.
