ImmunoCult-ACF DC Medium, 100mL

STEMCELL Technologies offers this animal component-free (ACF) medium specifically formulated for the in vitro culture and differentiation of human monocytes into dendritic cells (DCs). The serum-free formulation contains recombinant proteins and synthetic components only, with no serum or other human- or animal-derived materials. Recombinant growth factors required for optimal differentiation and maturation are not included, giving users flexibility to supplement the medium to meet their own experimental requirements.

The product is supplied as a clear liquid with a red color and is classified as a laboratory reagent. According to the manufacturer's safety data sheet, it is not considered a hazardous substance or mixture under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) or the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). No special personal protective equipment is required for normal handling, and the product should be stored at 2 - 8 °C, where it remains stable for 1.5 years from the date of manufacture as indicated on the label.
