Hypoxia Chamber

From STEMCELL Technologies, this polycarbonate chamber is designed for creating a hypoxic environment for tissue culture. The system comprises a lid and a base fitted with an O-ring and tubing clamp, together with a tray, all manufactured from polycarbonate.

A single flow meter controls gas flow into the chamber, delivering the same precision as the flow meter used for full size continuous flow carbon dioxide incubator chambers. Supporting resources include a product information sheet with directions for use, together with a protocol explaining how to assemble and purge the chamber and how to assess the resulting low oxygen environment for cell culture.
