Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human SIRT1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a colourmetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.
