Human RAD51 Homolog ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human RAD51 Homolog in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. It employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique in which RAD51 in standards and samples is captured by an immobilised antibody, detected with a biotinylated anti-RAD51 antibody, and visualised using an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.081 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery values are 83–100% (mean 91%) for serum, 90–99% (mean 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 91–101% (mean 96%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity has been validated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
