Human NADH Dehydrogenase 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MT-ND1 (NADH Dehydrogenase 1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format with colourmetric detection, read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The immunoassay procedure involves sequential incubation of standards and samples with a Biotinylated Anti-MT-ND1 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, followed by TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution; the density of yellow is proportional to the amount of MT-ND1 captured in each well. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.

Sensitivity is <0.068 ng/ml with a product range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Recovery and dilution linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
