Human Interferon Alpha 4 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com Human Interferon Alpha 4 (IFNA4) ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human IFNA4 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm on a microplate reader, employing a biotinylated anti-IFNA4 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate to generate a signal proportional to IFNA4 concentration.

The kit reports a product range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <5.4 pg/ml. In spiked recovery testing (n=5), average recoveries were 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions was demonstrated in serum (70–107%), EDTA plasma (81–110%) and heparin plasma (77–107%). Total assay time is approximately 4 h 30 min. Provided components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
