Human Glycogen Phosphorylase, Muscle ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human PYGM in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. PYGM is also known by the synonyms Glycogen Phosphorylase, muscle form, and Myophosphorylase. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated anti-PYGM detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; the signal is developed with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.127 ng/ml, and the total run time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
