Human Enah/Vasp Like Protein ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Enah/VASP-like Protein in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a Biotinylated Anti-Enah/VASP-like Protein Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate for detection. TMB substrate is used to visualise the enzymatic reaction, producing a blue colour that changes to yellow after the addition of acidic stop solution; absorbance is then read at 450nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Performance specifications include an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.057 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Average recovery is reported at 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma.
