Human Cluster Of Differentiation ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CD163, this sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-CD163 detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Performance specifications include an assay range of 0.625-40 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.263 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery evaluation returned ranges of 83%-100% in serum (n=5), 90%-99% in EDTA plasma (n=5) and 91%-101% in heparin plasma (n=5), with average recoveries of 91%, 94% and 96% respectively. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Reagents should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
