Human Cluster Of Differentiation 160 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CD160 in serum, plasma, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for CD160, configured as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are added to the wells; captured CD160 is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-CD160 Antibody followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is added and the reaction is stopped with acidic stop solution, producing a colour change read at 450 nm.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of <30 pg/ml and an assay range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, with colourimetric detection on the pre-coated microplate platform. Kit components include lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, plate sealers and the pre-coated microplate. Components are stored between +4°C and -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Recovery has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each), with average recoveries of 91% (range 83-100%), 94% (range 90-99%) and 96% (range 91-101%) respectively. Dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same sample types.
