HOT FIREPol® Probe qPCR Mix Plus (no ROX)

Solis BioDyne offers this 5x concentrated probe-based qPCR master mix designed for standard cycling protocols. The mix is optimized for qPCR assays that use sequence-specific fluorogenic DNA-probe chemistries and is supplied without ROX reference dye. It contains HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase together with dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP), MgCl2 and glycerol in an aqueous formulation. The mixture is a colorless liquid with a pH range of 7.0–9.0 and is not classified as hazardous to health or to the environment.

The master mix is intended for Research Use Only. For routine storage it should be held at –28°C to –18°C until the end of the stated shelf-life, and it should be kept only in the original labelled container. Transport is permitted at ambient temperature. The manufacturer, Solis BioDyne OÜ, is based in Tartu, Estonia.

Solis BioDyne's molecular biology reagents are described as stable at room temperature, and the product is handled in accordance with standard laboratory hygiene and safety practice. Users are advised to wear suitable protective gloves, clothing and eye protection, and to prevent the material from entering drains or groundwater.
