HOT FIREPol® Probe qPCR Mix Plus (no ROX)

From Solis BioDyne, this 5x qPCR master mix is designed for probe-based assays using sequence-specific fluorogenic DNA-probe chemistries, under standard cycling conditions. The reagent is intended for Research Use Only and is not for consumer use.

The safety data sheet describes the mix as a colorless liquid with a pH of 7.0–9.0. It is classified as not hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. Components include water (<91%), glycerol (<8%), MgCl2 (<1%), HOT FIREPol DNA Polymerase (<0.1%) and the four dNTPs (dGTP, dCTP, dATP, dTTP) each at <0.1%. The mixture is stable under normal conditions. Solis BioDyne states that their molecular biology reagents are stable at room temperature. Routine storage is at -28ºC to -18ºC until the end of shelf-life (expiry date marking on the package), kept only in the original labelled container.
