HOT FIREPol® Probe qPCR Mix Plus (no ROX)

Designed by Solis BioDyne for probe-based quantitative PCR, this 5x concentrated master mix is the no-ROX format of the HOT FIREPol® Probe qPCR Mix Plus range. It is suitable for both singleplex and multiplex assays and offers high specificity and sensitivity. The mix is compatible with probe-based qPCR methods such as Taqman® and works with qPCR cyclers that do not require a ROX reference dye, providing broad instrument compatibility.

Built on Solis BioDyne's patented Stability TAG technology, the reagents remain stable at ambient temperatures for at least one month. This allows the product to be shipped without ice and supports reaction set-up without ice. The 5x formulation leaves more room for template and primers than typical 2x mixes, an advantage when working with low-concentration DNA samples or running multiplex assays. The ready-to-use mix supplies dNTPs including dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP in a single preparation.
