HOT FIREPol® Multiplex qPCR Mix (Purple)

A 5× probe-based qPCR master mix from Solis BioDyne is formulated for simultaneous quantification of up to four targets in a single reaction. The mix contains dUTP to support UNG treatment and is robust with GC-rich templates. A Purple passive reference dye is included as an alternative to ROX, leaving the ROX channel available for target detection and giving more flexibility in probe design.

According to the manufacturer, the mix offers 30 days of stability at room temperature, easing high-throughput handling. Routine storage is at -28°C to -18°C until the end of shelf-life, and the product is shipped at ambient temperature, reducing shipping costs. The preparation has a pH of 7.0–9.0 and is classified as non-hazardous.
