HOT FIREPol® Multiplex qPCR Mix (Purple)

A 5x concentrated, probe-based master mix from Solis BioDyne designed for qPCR assays using standard cycling protocols. The mix is optimized for amplifying multiple targets in a single reaction. It contains HOT FIREPol DNA Polymerase along with dNTPs (dGTP, dCTP, dATP, dTTP, and dUTP), MgCl2, glycerol (below 3% w/w), and a purple tracking dye in an aqueous buffer at pH 7.0-9.0.

The mixture is classified as non-hazardous under CLP criteria and is intended for research use only. Routine storage is at -28ºC to -18ºC until the expiry date marked on the package; transport is at ambient temperature. Fish gelatin is present as a component of animal origin.
