HOT FIREPol® Multiplex qPCR Mix (Purple)

Solis BioDyne's 5x probe-based qPCR master mix is optimized for highly sensitive and accurate quantification of up to 4 targets in a single reaction. The multiplex formulation is robust with GC-rich targets and contains dUTP for UNG treatment. It includes Purple dye as a passive reference—an alternative to ROX for cyclers that require passive normalization—freeing the ROX channel for target detection and giving more flexibility when selecting probe reporter dyes for a multiplex assay.

Products specifically developed for multiplex assays contain sufficient components for accurate and simultaneous amplification of several targets in one reaction, saving time, money, and rare samples.
