Fibronect Flask, 75 cm_, 50 Flasks

A sterile, optically clear polystyrene T-75 cm² flask with vent cap from STEMCELL Technologies is coated with fibronectin derived from human plasma at 2 µg/cm² to support optimal cell attachment. The canted neck offers good pipette and cell scraper access to the corners. Materials include clear and transparent polystyrene for the flask body and a polyethylene cap, and the product is non-pyrogenic, sterilized by gamma irradiation.

The flask measures 154 × 81 × 37 mm (length × width × depth), with a recommended working volume of 15 – 22.5 mL and an approximate cell growth area of 74.2 cm². It is intended for cell culture applications, should be stored at 15 – 25 °C, and remains stable until the expiry date printed on the label.

The fibronectin raw material is sourced from human plasma, which is tested for the presence of infectious viruses (HBsAg, HIV-1Ag, Anti-HIV-1/2, and Anti-HCV) and found non-reactive; however, no known test method can offer complete assurance of safety, and the product should be handled as if potentially infectious. The product is for research use only.
