Fibronect-Coated Flask, 75 cm_, 5 Flasks

From STEMCELL Technologies, this cell culture vessel is a sterile T-75 cm² flask with a vent cap, manufactured from optically clear polystyrene. The interior surface is coated with fibronectin derived from human plasma at 2 µg/cm² to support optimal cell attachment, and the canted neck design allows good access for pipettes and cell scrapers into the corners.

The flask is built from clear transparent polystyrene with a polyethylene cap and is certified non-pyrogenic. Its approximate cell growth area is 74.2 cm², paired with a recommended working volume of 15 - 22.5 mL, and the vessel measures 154 x 81 x 37 mm in length x width x depth. Sterilization is performed by gamma irradiation. The product should be stored at 15 - 25°C and remains stable until the expiry date printed on the label.

The fibronectin coating is sourced from human plasma that has been tested and found non-reactive for HBsAg, HIV-1Ag, Anti-HIV-1/2 and Anti-HCV. Even so, the flask should be treated as potentially infectious and handled using appropriate biosafety practices, as described by STEMCELL Technologies.
