Each flask provides 175 cm² of growth surface, and the pack of 5 supports scale-up workflows including expansion, passaging, and cryobank preparation within a single batch.

The fibronectin layer promotes attachment of anchorage-dependent lines that otherwise attach poorly to standard tissue-culture-treated polystyrene, improving plating efficiency and reducing cell loss during medium changes. Researchers can seed cells directly after a brief equilibration with culture medium, which streamlines protocols for differentiation studies, reprogramming experiments, and routine maintenance of adhesion-sensitive lines. Flasks are gamma-irradiated, integrity-tested, and shipped at room temperature in leak-resistant packaging to preserve matrix activity and lot-to-lot consistency.
