EV SEC Columns (100 _L up to 500 _L)

STEMCELL Technologies Extracellular Vesicle Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) Columns are designed for the isolation and purification of extracellular vesicles (EVs) from biological samples such as plasma, serum, and cell culture media. SEC provides an efficient method for separating EVs from circulating proteins while causing minimal alteration in vesicle characteristics such as functionality and shape. Isolated EVs are suitable for downstream analysis including flow cytometry, western blot, nucleic acid extraction, and functional assays.

The isolation protocol is straightforward and takes approximately 15 minutes. Each column can be used up to five times. The columns should be stored at 2 - 8°C and remain stable until the expiry date on the label. The product is for research use only and the columns are not considered sterile.
