EpiCult-B Medium (Mouse) Kit

A serum-free liquid medium from STEMCELL Technologies, optimized for the culture of mouse mammary luminal cells and myoepithelial cells. The kit is intended for use together with an irradiated NIH 3T3 feeder layer in the mammary colony-forming unit assay, supporting culture and evaluation of mouse mammary epithelial progenitor cells. It can also be combined with collagenase and hyaluronidase for enzymatic dissociation of mouse mammary tissue, and requires the addition of human recombinant EGF, bFGF, and heparin solution during cell culture. The product is intended for research use only.
