Easy50 EasySep Magnet

A column-free magnetic separation device from STEMCELL Technologies, this multiple sample processing magnet is designed for immunomagnetic cell separation without the use of columns. The fully automated instrument supports up to four simultaneous or sequential EasySep™ cell separations and can process up to 4 x 10^9 cells.

It belongs to a family of compact EasySep™ cell separation magnets that provide flexibility in sample volume and throughput, where the achievable cell number range and volumes depend on the cell isolation kit, sample source, cell type being isolated, and the flasks used during isolation. The magnet has been demonstrated in a step-by-step workflow for isolating human regulatory T cells starting from up to 2 x 10^9 peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
