Culture Dishes, 10/pk

From STEMCELL Technologies, these 35 mm tissue culture dishes are pretested for optimal colony growth in methylcellulose-based assays without supporting anchorage-dependent cells. They are intended for hematopoietic progenitor cultures in methylcellulose-based media such as MethoCult®, for embryoid body formation from mouse embryonic and induced pluripotent stem cells, and for performing the neural colony-forming cell assay (NCFC).

The 35 mm dish is designed to be centered inside a 60 mm Gridded Scoring Dish, where the 2 mm grid pattern assists with reproducible and accurate counting of hematopoietic progenitor cell colonies on the stage of an inverted microscope.
