Collagen-Coated Flask, 225 cm_, 1 Flask

A sterile tissue culture flask from STEMCELL Technologies in the CellAdhere™ line, designed for adherent cell culture. The optically clear polystyrene vessel is supplied as a vent-cap T-225 cm² format and is pre-coated with high-purity collagen I derived from rat tail tendon to promote optimal cell attachment, expansion, and assay workflows for sensitive adherent cells and stem cells. A canted neck provides good access for pipettes and cell scrapers into the corners of the flask, and clear walls allow routine monitoring of cultures.

The flask measures 220 x 132 x 49 mm (length x width x depth) and provides an approximate cell growth area of 225 cm² with a recommended working volume of 45 - 67.5 mL. It is tissue-culture treated, sterilized by gamma irradiation, and certified non-pyrogenic. The cap is red polyethylene.
