Collagen-Coated Flask, 175 cm_, 5 Flasks

From STEMCELL Technologies, this CellAdhere™ Collagen I-Coated Flask, 175 cm² is a sterile, optically clear polystyrene T-175 cm² flask with vent cap. The surface is coated with high-purity collagen I derived from rat tail tendon at 10 µg/cm² to support optimal cell attachment, and the canted neck offers good pipette and cell scraper access to the corners.

The flask is non-pyrogenic and sterilized by gamma irradiation. It measures 229 x 115 x 50 mm (length x width x depth) and provides an approximate cell growth area of 175 cm² with a recommended working volume of 35 - 52.5 mL. Construction materials are clear transparent polystyrene for the flask body and polyethylene for the cap.

Designed for cell culture applications, the product should be stored at 15 - 25 °C and remains stable until the expiry date (EXP) on the label. It is intended for research use only and not for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic uses unless otherwise stated.
