ClonaCell-CHO CD Liquid Medium

Chemically-defined, serum-free liquid medium optimized for clonal growth and expansion of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell lines used in recombinant protein and monoclonal antibody manufacturing workflows. This protein-free formulation supports robust single-cell cloning and high-density suspension culture without animal-derived components, reducing lot-to-lot variability in bioprocess development. The medium sustains viable post-transfection outgrowth and stable transgene expression in CHO-K1, CHO-S, CHO-DG44, and engineered CHO hosts during clone selection.
