ClonaCell-CHO ACF Supplement

An animal-component-free (ACF) supplement developed by STEMCELL Technologies to support single-cell cloning workflows for Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell lines used in cell line development. The product is supplied as a medium additive intended for use during clonal isolation procedures in research settings.

In published application work, the supplement has been incorporated at 2.5% into EX-CELL CHO cloning medium together with 4 mM L-glutamine to prepare complete cloning medium for suspension-adapted CHO lines, including FreeStyle CHO-S and a recombinant CHO DG44 line engineered to secrete human IgG.
